My next medical mission to Haiti, in February 2012, will entail serving at a large orphanage and direct patient care clinics. To support this initiative, my goal is to sell a minimum 200 shirts by February 2012 and to continue to sell through 2012 and possibly beyond. 100% of the funds earned from these shirt sales will go towards feeding mouths and treating diseases in Haitians.
I would like to start a small 501c3 here to help with the distribution and channeling of funds and to organize mobile medical clinics. While now in the very early planning stages, this not yet established Christian 501c3 nonprofit organization, would propose the development of logistical support for planning mobile medical missions. Please note current donations are not yet eligible for tax write-offs until 501c3 status is obtained. - Charmika
